The first step is to connect with us so we can learn more about your specific needs. This will help us to guide you through the purchase experience.
Walk Through and Floor Plan
Our team will use your floor plan or walk your space to make recommendations for the best solutions. With our considerable experience of working in thousands of unique grocery spaces, we have seen what works best.
Application Egineering
Our Team will work specific application engineers to ensure your equipment is sized and engineered properly for maximum efficiency and lifespan of the unit. We continue to visit our clients who purchased our Hussmann equipment over 20 years ago and still look new.
Purchase Order
Ozone will provide a clear quotation list of your equipment, brochures, and lead times. After a purchase order is issued, shortly after, you will receive the actual ship dates from the factory. If needed, Ozone will also manage the installation of the equipment.
Delivery Date
Ozone will coordinate and communicate the logistics and delivery dates. We will be onsite delivery day as you equipment and inspect your equipment with you. We will also provide owner’s manuals to you and your refrigeration vendor.
Open
After your equipment is up and running, you can merchandise the shelves. If you have any issues or future refrigeration needs, we will be here to help!
